“Our son is enrolled the afterschool program at Immanuel Genius.  We are very pleased with the program as it offers supplemental reading, writing, math, science, and arts and crafts after homework is completed and reviewed.  On a weekly basis Immanuel Teachers provide us a weekly assessment on our son’s academic and social/behavioral performance.  The afterschool program offers everything we were looking for –dynamic and responsive staff, structured curriculum, open communication with directors, meals with substance(not “junk food”), and transportation.”

Both my kids attend afterschool program at Immanuel Genius and since than have shown great improvement academically.  They provide a great learning environment with certify teachers.  Also, allowing kids to improve on their social skills when interacting with other kids.  Their highly professional train staff and facility allows kids to advance and improve in all aspects of learning with a close eye.  I love the reports every week.  It's great that my kids are learning a great deal and having fun doing so.

My daughter started last year at Immanuel Genius’s after school program.  Her previous after school program had closed suddenly and I had to find a new program for her fast.   This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because my daughter is thriving academically and completing all of her homework on a timely basis.   It also helps immensely that bussing service and a hot meal is included.     The individualized attention and assistance she receives at Immanuel Genius is amazing.   The teachers are loving and nurturing and the administrative staff are wonderful as well.   Thank you Immanuel Genius

My son, Bryan, has been attending Immanuel since last November.  After I put him around here and there, we both were getting tired and finally found Immanuel from 'Queens Parent'. Since then we have been very happy with Immanuel. They provide a very safe environment from transportation to food. Their afternoon snack is just like a regular meal and follows NYC guideline.  One of the best thing I found is their teachers are great teachers.  My son likes his teacher so much. He had a little struggle in the beginning but now he fits in. He often says, "Mom, Immanuel is a just right fit for me. I really love my teachers. They are sometimes strict but have warm heart and are very reasonable." He finishes his homework at Immanuel every day with a beautiful handwriting so I have nothing to complain as a working mom. I also found their place clean and neat. Good location having Kissena Park next door.  Well organized and maintained. Lots of staffs help around all the times.  Inexpensive considering all the good stuff."

The afterschool program has helped our daughter adjust to the academic requirements of elementary school.  She is learning about responsibility by having to complete her work in a timely manner.  The extra curricular activities in language arts have helped broaden her vocabulary and reading comprehension.  She has made new friends and enjoys spending time with them at Immanuel each afternoon.  In comparison to other afterschool program’s this program gives the children tools to succeed by reinforcing various things they are learning in school, as well as teaching them study skills and responsibility for their school work.  Other afterschool programs do not have certified teachers assisting the children; they use high school and college students who do not have the same abilities and knowledge.
